3. Refund Policy

Website Services:

- Prior to the draft review status of the website, Tandette LLC will provide a full refund upon request.

- Once the draft has been delivered, if the customer is unsatisfied with the created website, we will make the necessary changes at no extra cost. We will continue to work with you until you are satisfied.

- If a customer wishes to cancel services after the draft has been delivered, a 50% refund will be provided.

- Once requested changes have been made to the website, no refunds will be issued.

- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a written request.

All Other Services:

- No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

- A 30-day notice is required for the cancellation of any service.

4. Legal Disputes

All legal disputes arising from or related to our services shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Virginia, and each party hereby irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction and venue of any such court.

5. Invoice Agreement

Payment of an invoice for services provided by Tandette LLC constitutes agreement to these terms of service.

- Tandette LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

- We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the use of our services.

- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for any activities conducted under their account.
