  • Who Owns My Website?

    Always you. We have several options for managing your site after it's built whether it's by you or us. If ever you decide you just want a clean break just let us know you'd like to take it with you and we will package up the code and give it to you. Any developer with their salt can load it to a hosting platform for you.

  • I Have A Website. I Just Want It To Be Better.

    We are always happy to take a look and give you some options. Sometimes, just a little tweaking and some new content can make all the difference. For more extensive fixes we find it's usually more cost effective for us to build a new website on our platform.

  • Where Do You Get The Content For My Site?

    We have professional, US based, writers. All of our pages are at least 500 words and are run through a plagarism checker to ensure original content.

  • Do You Guarantee Mobile Friendly?

    Yes! We will even give you the link to test it.

  • What SEO Is Included With The Website Build?

    We optimize all meta tags, alt images, page titles, page descriptions, and ensure each page has an H1 heading.

  • Do You Index My Website With Google?

    Not only do we index your site, we set up your Google Analytics and Google Console accounts. These are in your name and you own them.

  • Do I Have To Transfer My Domain To You?

    No! And frankly, you should never transfer your domain to anyone! It's not necessary and just a way to trap you. We want customers not hostages. You own everything we do.

  • Will My Website Be Unique?

    Many companies just simply customize a template. We build unique custom websites on our platform.

  • How Can I Pay?

    We bill everyone through Square. You'll have the option to pay one time, or finance through Square. We can bill you in advance any time you like, but all services must be paid for in advance. Monthly service is billed on the same day each month and is due on receipt.

  • What If I Miss My Payment For Monthly Service?

    The best way to avoid this is to set up auto pay. If you miss a payment, the system will send you three reminders. After the 3rd reminder, you will receive a suspension warning. Websites with no payment are suspended on day 6. They are immediately reactivated upon payment. We keep your website for 90 days. After 90 days, the code will be packaged and stored on Dropbox for you. 30 days after that it will be deleted.
